First of all, you can't fully appreciate this post unless you have seen and played with Floam. I assume that very few people play with Floam and think about how nice it would be to separate the little teeny tiny pieces by color. Well, Camden was playing with Floam in the kitchen the other day while Sydney and Lora were watching a cake making show. Lora could see Camden's little legs dangling and swinging through the fireplace glass. All signs were that he was thoroughly enjoying himself thinking he was coloring. After about an hour, Camden yelled to Lora to come see. She walked into the kitchen and this is what she found...
Camden had been sorting these impossibly sticky tiny pieces of Floam out by color and was very satisfied with himself. First of all, these pieces are so small that I wouldn't have the dexterity or patience to play with individual grains. Second, sorting out 10 or so grains of Floam amounts to something about the size of a piece of rice, so I would be extremely discouraged attempting to do this.
