Happy Easter Hunting!

Around 11:00 o'clock this morning Anson asked the kids to put chlorine in the pool. As they were doing their task, they notice 4 plastic eggs floating in the pool. Had the Easter bunny come? It was funny that as they walked out to the pool they passed at least 15-20 very noticeable eggs, but didn't notice them. Once the eggs were captured from the pool, the Easter egg hunt began with a lot of excitement!

After our very fun Easter egg hunt, we needed to hang our "Spring is Here" house flag that Karen gave to our kids a few days back. Well as we did, we found an Easter Hunt clue stapled to the flag.....

We were being sent on a scavenger Easter hunt. We know that Karen didn't write the clue...Sydney wanted to know if it was the Easter bunny or me? Either way, we were on our way for a fun adventure!

Clue 1. "Happy Easter!" It's time to find your big Easter treat...Get in you big blue driving box and head to where Camden learns his A, B, C's and 1, 2, 3's. Think hard....Where should you be?

They guessed it! Camden's Montessori School. They found the clue taped to the benches outside of the school doors.

Clue 2. Good Job! You found your next clue. This is going to be tricky so think extra hard. You need to drive to the place you hit green fuzzy balls over and over again with a big paddle. Good Luck....Look for your next clue around the bottom of the fence.

Quickly and full of EXTREME excitement the kids jumped back into the car to their next destination!

Clue 3. Yippee!! You found me!!! You two are hard to trick. Your next clue is where Camden kicks, kicks and kicks a black and white ball every Saturday. Look carefully on one of the big trees for close to the field to find your next clue.

Back in the car we go...

They ran circles around each tree frantically looking for their next clue...where could it be?

Clue 4. Wow!! You are both really good! Your next clue is closer to home. You will find it attached to the red and white sign by Connor's house on the corner.... Remember the clue is green and make sure to search high and low.

Clue 5. Now you are getting so close to your big Easter prize....You can do the rest on foot. Hop yourself to the closest house with a small Easter flag for your next clue.

Clue 6. Great Job! You will now need to find yourself at the place where this special key is used.....think, where would that be?

Clue 7. Yeah! You opened me! For your next clue you must go to your favorite climbing tree where you climb high into the sky.

Clue 8. You two are special kids! I hope you enjoyed your fun Easter hunt! You will find your big Easter treats in a pile of branches on the ground. Think hard....it is close....maybe even in your back yard! Happy Easter!

Both kids thought it was pretty funny they got underwear in their baskets. Enough that Camden couldn't sit up straight. They also found Easter Pixos and Paperoni projects, which are both their favorite little activities to do. A few ring pops, SF Giants baseball hats and teacher pointers to play school with. It was a great morning and fun to watch them enjoy the little hunt for their Easter prize!
