I am so in love with this boy of mine.
I often call him my boyfriend.
*sigh*
He is so cute!
He has officially turned me into a baseball mom this week. Yesterday was the first game I watched even though he has had 2 other games. I was just in awe how cute all the little players looked in their "Rodger's" uniforms. It makes me smile to type this because the first couple of weeks before practice started Camden kept telling people he was playing for the Rodgers. I hated to correct him because I think it's cute, but to save him any embarrassment we kept reminding him the Dodgers. He's got it down now....Warming up before the game.....
Warm up done....It's game time! Oh my gosh....doesn't he look cute covering 2nd base?
First hit of the game goes right to Camden, he snags it and throws it off to 1st base. Great play Camden.
I know...I know... I know...it's just a little baseball game, but I just couldn't get over watching his every move on the field. He silly little expressions, smiles and giggles with his team mates. This was Camden's spotlight moment for me. I have watched Sydney dance over the years with the same excitement. This was my first stage moment with Camden and loving every moment.
Love...Love...Love this picture! As he was going up to bat for the first time, he looked back at me in the bleachers to see if I was watching. I was more than watching... I was camera ready!
He did it! Hit the ball and made it to first! He was sooo happy and so was I.
As I look at these pictures, I get glimpses of what my Camden might look like as a 15 or 16 year old. I wonder if I will still call him my boyfriend? Probably not because it would be weird and the teenage years...YIKES!
Makes it to third.......
.....and runs his way home to score a point for the team.

How fun! This brings back memories of watching my brothers play. Camden looks like a natural. A handsome one at that.
Those are some GREAT pictures! Way to go cute Camden!
Save these pictures as some day a Sports Illustrated writer will be interested in the details of Camden's first game, first at bat, and first run scored.
