I'm A Baseball Mom! - Part 3 of 4

So, now we are into the 3rd inning.  I started laughing on the stands when I noticed 3 little players were slouched over something in right field.  The game was still going on and you could see the coaches were having a hard time to pull them a way from what they were looking at.  Several times during the inning a kid or two would wonder over to that spot again.  After the game I asked Anson what was so interesting out in right field.  Laughing he said, "A gopher hole with a gopher who kept popping his head out."  If I was out in right field and not much action was happening on the field, I might find that interesting also.

Where is Camden's attention during the 3rd inning and gopher seeing?  Answer: In his own little mind.
Playing with his lips.....
Doing some dancing....
Still dancing....
and dancing more....
After Camden's little dance moves and a few minutes later, I noticed he had moved onto something else.  Hat flipped around and playing with some facial expressions.
I have no idea what he is doing or thinking, but I can tell you he is not paying attention to the slow parts of game (i.e., waiting for batters to hit the ball) and I think it is funny.  I was surrounded by a couple of parents who were getting mad at their kids for loosing interest.  I'm guessing those are the future physco parents of baseball.  The ones who get in fights with other parents or yell at their kids in a bad way from the stands.  These kids are 5 years old!

Where do Anson and I stand?  For now, loving every minute of the game.  Whether he is paying attention or not I am compeleted amuzed and enjoying watching the kids.

Camden,  you are one silly kid!
