This was the perfect time for us to go. Since Camden is only 2 years old his admission was free. The bonus to Camden is that he is a tall 2 year old and he got to ride most of the rides. He was like a walking coupon!
I would have to say if Camden was old enough to remember any of his Disneyland experiences, it would have to be the 40 inch rule. Camden was just 40 inches tall and like I said before to ride most of the more grownup rides, you have to be 40 inches or taller. That boy was measured at every ride. Sometimes three different times for one ride. Once before they would let him get in line, again at the fast pass check point and again before they let him on the ride. Every time he was measured it would take a lot of moving his legs around, helping him stick his tummy and botty in, make him stand up straight and make his head and eyes look forward. They let him pass every time!

Believe it or not Camden rode the Tower of Terror, The Matterhorn, Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain, and Soaring California. He did OK on these rides...I'm sure if he knew that being shorter would have kept him off the rides, he would have slouched. Camden would just get in line with us not know what was coming. He just went with the flow. Nothing a little therapy won't fix when he is older.

Wow that is awesome! One time we went D would measure 40 at some and not others. It made for a day of disappointments!
Go Camden! He is such a brave little guy! Sounds like you certainly picked the best time to go! HOW FUN.
