Why?

This morning Sydney was talking with her dad while they were having cereal. She said "my nose is runny because I have allergies. Jesus made me that way with allergies." "Daddy, why did Jesus do that to me?"

Anson answered by saying "Heavenly Father gives us challenges to make us humble and we can't be perfect. We need to ask Heavenly Father for help."

For the last month or so, Sydney has started realizing how much she does not like her allergies and asthma. She has told us that she wants to be normal and not have to take so much medicine. It breaks my heart for her, but I am so grateful that we have a wonderful doctor that helps us know how to help her, especially when she is struggling.

I love your comment Liz!!! Always blame the men!!! Seriously though, you might try explaining to Sydney that everyone has soemthing they have to deal with. Maybe some kids have asthma and allergies, like my Mom, others have to deal with other stuff, like ones that have trouble walking, some have trouble seeing, others are deaf, those that have trouble reading (Bryan and Don are dyslexic)and lots of other
