Sydney told me today that the cute and handsome boy she likes to look at is named Jack. He must be being spotlighted or something because she told me he likes all the colors except for pink, but she giggled because he like purple. He also likes to collect Pokemon cards.
I had to send an email to Sydney's teacher today about some other stuff so I mentioned that Sydney has a crush on a little boy in the class. She confirmed that it is Jack and said, "That he is really cute and very sweet!!! He is an "older man" in first grade and very smart!!! She has good taste."
Well, if she is going to look at a cute boy, I'm glad that he is a cute smart boy.

I just read through all the posts on this page. I was behind! I love the stories about Camden's toilet successes - what a great friend! I am so stunned that Sydney is already in kindergarten (love her first-day-of-school hair). Elaina starts the week after Labor day but we're not talking much about it 'cause she hasn't decided yet to be excited. It is easier to send them off when they're looking forward to it, I think! You will be a great room mom - they might hold her back next year just to keep you! ;)
